Ollie suggests that we
as educators should embrace new technologies, but we should take five key
principles into consideration:
1.
Let’s keep
education values based and concentrate on what is important to a human being. I
believe too that it is of great importance to provide a positive learning
environment based on certain human values, because first of all the students
have to build up their personalities and then their professional status.

2.
Let’s teach young people to be resilient. Resilience provides people with the strength and
fortitude to confront the overwhelming obstacles they are bound to face in
life. The educator must help the
students in this area. He/she has to provide them with authentic evidence of
academic success; show them that they are valued members of a community; reinforce
feelings that they have made a real contribution to their community; make them
feel empowered. You can read more about the resilience of students here

3.
Let’s teach young people to embrace change. Since
there is now way back in evolution, we should teach the students accept the new
technologies, as long as we have accepted them ourselves, of course.

4. Let’s put innovation at the heart of every curriculum. The
curriculum is the vehicle for developing and enhancing the skills that educators must acquire in order to successfully teach students. Putting innovation into the curriculum improves the chances of
success.
